Cheerful Heart ships within the Continental US.
Cost of Shipping is calculated at checkout and will vary depending on the weight of the item and shipping method. See our Free Shipping Policy below.
Orders are shipped Monday-Friday, and orders placed after 1 pm on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.
Fees apply for APO/FPO shipments.
Free Shipping Policy
To qualify for free shipping the order subtotal must be $20 or more, the shipping address must be within the continental US, and the shipping weight of the entire order must be under 25lbs.
Fees apply for orders over 25lbs in weight and for addresses not within the continental US, including APO/FPO addresses.
Returns
We accept returns of all unused merchandise in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund minus any shipping fees.
Returns must be approved before shipping.

If you have received a damaged item, incorrect item, or if you are missing an item – please contact us at shop@cheerfulheartgifts.com within 3 days of receiving your order and we will help you get it taken care of!
