Hawaiian Chicken Salad

A delicious mix of cranberries and seasonings come together to make a next level chicken salad! Makes 6 cups. 

Tip: we love to use rotisserie chicken, add nuts, and serve on a croissant for a tasty and easy meal that will feed your whole family! 

Ingredients: Onion, Dried Cranberries, dried red and green bell peppers, salt, sugar, paprika, turmeric, onion powder, and garlic. No MSG, Gluten Free, Low Sodium.

Directions

  • Chicken Salad
    1 lg (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
    2-3 cups cooked, diced chicken or turkey
    1 cup Miracle Whip or Mayonnaise
    Combine above ingredients with mix, blend well.
    Serve on your favorite bread or crackers as an appetizer.

    Low Fat Chicken Salad
    1 lg (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
    2-3 cups cooked, diced chicken or turkey
    1/2 cup Lite Mayonnaise
    1/4 cup Raspberry Vinegar
    Combine above ingredients with mix, blend well.

    Cheeseball
    16 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 lg (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained.
    Combine above ingredients with mix, blend well.
    Refrigerate for one hour before serving.
